H.I.T. (Houston Impact Team) is a Houston-based customer engagement firm focused exclusively on retail renewable energy programs. We partner with leading clean energy providers to deliver clear, friendly, and compliant education to customers inside trusted retail environments.

Hey, I’m David! Your Market Manager here at Houston Impact Team, and I love pushing our crew to hit big goals while keeping things fun and motivating. For me, it’s all about helping people grow and making real connections along the way. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually catch me talking MMA—I’m hooked on the energy, strategy, and focus it takes, and I try to bring that same intensity into everything I do.

Monica

Monica is the Administrative Coordinator at Houston Impact Team, keeping our team organized and operations running smoothly. Monica ensures that daily tasks, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes processes are handled with efficiency. Their support allows our sales and marketing team to stay focused on growth and delivering results.

Our Services

Customer Acquisitions

Inside retail stores, we engage interested customers, explain renewable energy plan options, compare rates, check eligibility, and complete sign-ups right on-site.

Customer Support & Engagement

After enrollment, we help customers with questions, plan clarifications, billing concerns, plan renewals, etc. Maintain relationships so customers stay informed, happy, and grow into advocates.

Sales & Marketing

Trained ambassadors work inside partner retail stores, interact directly with shoppers to educate, persuade, and enroll. All interactions are compliant and respectful.

Brand Development

We ensure that all touchpoints — in-store signage, merch, collateral, staff uniforms, scripts — communicate credibility, clarity, and a strong clean energy message.

Event Marketing

Retail promotions, pop-ups inside stores, launch events for new renewable plan specials. We coordinate in-store displays, demos, and materials to drive awareness and enrollment.

Account Management

After someone enrolls, we monitor satisfaction, offer plan upgrades or renewals, and cross-sell energy-related offerings. Provide consistent service to maintain trust.

Energy Ambassador (Entry Level)

What you’ll do: Educate customers on renewable plans in retail/events, review bills, qualify and enroll interested households/businesses.
You’ll love this if: You’re people-first, goal-oriented, and want a fast track to leadership.
Basics: Full-time, weekly pay, bonus potential, paid training. Prior sales experience helpful but not required.

Field Trainer (Team Lead)

What you’ll do: Lead small teams in the field, model best-practice conversations, coach for daily KPIs, ensure compliance, and help new reps ramp quickly.
Basics: Full-time, weekly pay + bonuses, leadership development, must meet/beat personal KPIs.

Campaign Sales Associate

What you’ll do: Oversee a location or event schedule, manage staffing, run daily huddles, track metrics, and partner with the client on targets and QA.
Basics: Weekly pay + overrides, benefits eligibility, advancement to Operations.
